What is Ethicsworks?

The mission of Ethicsworks is to equip organizations, and train leaders and teams for gaining the personal and institutional benefits of ethical leadership.

With over a decade of experience as a non-profit organization, Ethicsworks is dedicated to transforming the way business gets done. Its enduring vision it that a pervasive culture of ethical leadership will emerge.


How does it work?

Through retreats, events, seminars, conferences, and trainings, Ethicsworks offers lively and provoking sessions and discussions. These make a positive difference in the workplace. High-interest case studies, or individual mentoring and coaching, for example, prepare individuals, leaders, boards and organizations to overcome obstacles, resolve dilemmas, and grasp opportunities to do the right thing. Ethics becomes a practical matter

Ethicsworks emphasizes the effectiveness of reason and civility to transform individuals and organizations in the presence of a passion for what's fair, right, and just. Safe settings encourage participants to connect their ethical concerns to issues and opportunities before them. What's essential for informed and well-intentioned action to be effective is first listening, and hearing, and then developing a voice that is heard. Simple words and a quiet voice can have great impact.

On the other side, Ethicsworks consults on ways to manage the risks that spring from policies and actions gone awry. Trainings provide requisite steps leading out of troubled situations and into healthy, successful service. Ethical leadership works in good times and bad.
